The Story:

As a child nature provided adventure and I could be found near creeks, climbing trees, riding my bike on trails or generally outside playing. As I grew older my connection deepened to the natural wonders of Earth. I have travelled all over the world to experience different cultures and natural environments. The stories and people I met along the way provided insights into many aspects of humanity. My home base is Virginia, currently nestled in a mountain cottage. ​
​A former endurance athlete much of my training was spent in the mountains, alone in the backcountry with hours of moving meditation. My events would take anywhere from eleven to fifteen hours on a bike. In 2013 I started seeing a reiki practitioner to help my body get ready for these epic adventures. One session the practitioner played a crystal singing bowl and I was blissed. These sessions started my path with sound as I could feel a change in my attitude towards life.
I was involved in service work to expand cycling activities in my community. In time I realized racing and race production had been to fill a void so spiritual in nature, I decided to explore a new way of being. ​I came off the bike around 2018 to go deep into the mystery studies. Some teachers found me, others I sought out. I was finding expanding inner wisdom amidst some profound struggles in life.

Professionally I was a software sales leader and executive for almost two decades working with the federal government, museums, sports teams, household brand names, among other notable clients. Before moving into technology I spent many years in catering and event planning. The transition from corporate to deeper inner wisdom has been the longest journey continuing to evolve.

I bought my bowls in 2020 playing for neighbors, friends and family to help them relax and stay calm. I started playing locally in yoga studios, a vineyard, vacation homes and in my home for loved ones. I work with everyone without judgement and in safe space respecting all beliefs. My joy comes from providing what the moment needs and meeting people where they are.
TRAINING

I have studied under teachers in sound, reiki, yoga, esoteric teachings and guided meditation. I received my Reiki 1 & 2 attunements in Usui Holy Fire from Divine Spark in 2018, then Master attunements in 2021. ~ Classes with Maureen St. Germain (2018), Melissa Virtue (2018), Jerhoam (2018-2019), Nick Lasky (2018-present). I was certified as a Holographic Sound Healer level two, with Dr. Paul Hubbert in 2021.

I completed 200hr yoga teacher training with Sattva Yoga Academy in 2021 online enhancing a 25 year personal yoga practice ~ RYT200 with Yoga Alliance. I traveled to India for the Embodying Dharma retreat in 2022 at Sattva Yoga Academy. In 2023-2024 I studied locally in Virginia with the Bon Tibetan lineage under Tenzin Wangal Rinpoche and His Holiness the 34th Menri Trinzin. During this time I continued to study with AnandJi through Sattva Connect but wanted to understand the Tibetan culture. Countless hours reading and studying about these modalities. ​I am excited to share my realized abilities with others who want to explore a deeper calm within, presence of being, and clarity in daily actions for elegant living. ​​
